1)  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
The e-mail remind service (the “service”) is wholly owned, and operated by Data Product Services LTD. (“dps ltd.”). It is provided to you (the 
“member”) under the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (the “TOS”) and any additional/changes to rules or policies that may happen 
from time to time. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION AND TICKING THE “I AGREE” BOX, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR 
AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE CONDITIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT 
THE TOS THEN PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE “SIGN UP” BUTTON.
2)  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE.
dps ltd. Is providing you with the ability to create and access an electronic calendar, and to receive via e-mail and the world wide web, reminders 
based on the members calendar events. At present this is a free service, but we reserve the right to charge a fee for use of the service at any time, in 
order to keep the service going. dps ltd. Does not provide any equipment or software to allow you to connect to the service, the member must provide 
all the necessary equipment. dps ltd. Is also not responsible for any costs that may be incurred while using the service, such as telephone bills or ISP 
bills, the member must be accountable for all other expenses. The member also acknowledges that dps ltd. provides no technical or customer support 
for any of your equipment / software or connection and that we can only help with problems relating to the service.
3)  REGISTRATION.
In consideration for the use of this service, you are required to give accurate and complete registration details about yourself, and to keep them up-to-
date. If you knowingly fill in your details with false information, dps ltd. has the right to terminate or refuse your account setup.
4)  MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE.
dps ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service for any reason without prior notification to the member. 
You agree that if  dps ltd. exercises its rights to modify or discontinue the service, that it will not be liable to the member or any third party for 
anything.
5)  PRIVACY POLICY.
Our privacy policy describes how and what we do with your data, however dps ltd. considers the information stored by the member to be the private 
information of the member. dps ltd. will not edit or disclose information about the member or the members details unless dps ltd. determines that such 
action is deemed necessary : (1) To comply with the law (2) To comply with a legal process (3) To enforce the TOS (4) To protect the interests of 
dps ltd.
It may be required that we access the data to identify or resolve technical issues or complaints, and you acknowledge we may do this whenever we 
need to.
6)  MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.
The member is responsible for keeping their password confidential, and agree that they are entirely responsible for all activities under the members 
account. The member agrees to immediately notify dps ltd. of any breach of security known to the member.
7)  PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS OF ADVERTISERS.
The member agrees that dps ltd. may attach adverts where applicable to the reminder e-mail to be sent to the member. The member also agrees that 
any participation to the adverts are at the members own risk, and any terms or conditions are solely between the member and the advertiser. dps ltd. 
shall have no liability out of any connection between the member and the advertiser. This is also applicable to any links given on any of our web pages 
or other resources.
8)  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
THE MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE MEMBERS SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS 
PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DPS LTD. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, 
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS WELL AS ALL WARRANTIES ARISING BY USAGE 
OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. DPS LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL 
MEET THE MEMBERS REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; 
NOR DOES DPS LTD. MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE 
OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR 
THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. THE MEMBER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL OR 
DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT THE MEMBERS OWN 
DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT THE MEMBER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE MEMBER’S 
COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF SUCH MATERIAL OR DATA. DPS 
LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE 
OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION , WHETHER ORAL OR 
WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY THE MEMBER FROM DPS LTD. OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT 
EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF 
THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO THE MEMBER.
9)  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
DPS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL  OR EXEMPLARY 
DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF 
SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR 
OBTAINED OR DATA RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM 
UNAUTHORISED ACCESS OR ALTERATION OF THE MEMBERS TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR ARISING FROM ANY OTHER 
MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR 
OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF DPS LTD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MEMBERS FURTHER 
AGREE THAT DPS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR 
TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL 
CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS 
JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL OR INADVERTENT.
10)  MEMBER CONDUCT.
The member agrees to abide by all local laws applicable to them in their use of the service, and agree not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the 
service by other members. The member agrees to be solely responsible for their actions and contents of their transmissions through the service. You 
agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a dps ltd. official, forum leader, guide or host or falsely state otherwise 
misrepresent the members affiliation with a person or entity. The member agrees (1) to comply with all laws regarding the transmission of technical 
data from your country (2) not to upload or distribute in any way files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any similar software or programs that 
may damage another computer in any way (3) not to use the service for illegal purposes (4) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the 
service (5) to comply with all regulations policies and procedures of networks connected to the service and  (6) not to attempt to breach any security 
or privacy mechanisms associated with the service or to attempt to collect information about any other persons through the service.
You agree not to post, promote or transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, 
hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. You further agree not to transmit or post any material that 
encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law for your country. You 
agree not to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services or use the service for any commercial purpose. 
11)  NO RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE SERVICE.
The member's right to use the service is personal to the member. The member may be an individual, corporation or other business entity. The member 
agrees no to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit or make any commercial use of/or access to the service, without the express permission of 
dps ltd.
12)  DATA STORAGE.
dps ltd. assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any data or other information included by the member on the service, or to 
provide the member any reminder notices or other messages. dps ltd. may establish a limit as to the amount of storage that is available on the system.
13)  INDEMNIFICATION.
The member agrees to indemnify and hold dps ltd., it's subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including 
reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Members use of the service, the violation of these terms by the member, 
or the infringement by the member, or other members of the service using the member's account, of any intellectual property or other right of any 
person or entity.
14)  TERMINATION.
The member agrees that dps ltd. may, at it's sole discretion, terminate your use of the service at any time and for any reason. The member 
acknowledges and agrees that any TOS under this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and that dps ltd. may immediately delete and 
discard all the members information and bar any further access to the service.
15)  NOTICE.
All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail / fax / or land mail. dps ltd. may broadcast notices or messages through the 
service, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to the member.
16)  PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT.
The member acknowledges and agrees that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, graphics, sound, video, photos, or other 
material contained in advertisement and on the service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and 
laws. You are only permitted to use this content as expressly authorised by dps ltd. or the service and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create 
derivative works from this content without express authorisation.
17)  GENERAL.
In the event that any provision of the TOS, in whole or part, be determined invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, such determination shall 
only effect the portion of such provision determined to be invalid, unenforceable or void, and shall not effect in any way the remainder of such 
provision or any other provision in the TOS. This Contract is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
